Job Description
We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Executive GM. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and providing administrative support
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Communication: Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation and preparing itineraries
- Task Management: Manage and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
- Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and other special occasions
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, particularly when handling sensitive information
- Compiling of reports and Excel spreadsheets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Personal Assistant experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience working in a high-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
