Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
2. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
3. Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and lead the interview process, manage assessments, and conduct reference checks.
5. Create and post job listings on various platforms, including company careers page, job boards, and industry-specific sites.
6. Develop compelling job descriptions and advertisements that attract top talent.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
1. A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling diverse positions.
3. Knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview methodologies.
