DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assistant to Head of Department (Marketing)
  2. Photoshoot/Video Shoot Project management
  3. Model sourcing & liaising
  4. Styling for internal shoots
  5. Manage phone calls and distribute correspondence
  6. Attend meetings to take dictation and minutes
  7. Prepare Marketing/Sales reports, presentations and briefs
  8. Monitor & track key performance indicators
  1. Manage requests and queries appropriately.
  2. Data gathering & research
  3. Help with daily time management
  1. Calendar management – Set meeting / Reminders
  2. Run errands as requested.
  3. Draft correspondence & letters
  1. Project co-ordination

REQUIREMENTS: 

  1. 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Administration
  2. Own vehicle
  3. Deadline driven
  4. Copy writing skills - advantageous
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Proof reading required)
  6. Strong organizational skills
  7. Analytical skills
  8. Proficiency in MS Office – Excel guru
  9. Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices
  10. Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
